T | W | E | N | T | Y - is a new real estate project by LNK Properties.
Luxury apartments in a renovated historic building located on 20 Antonijas Street.
For the project we created the Logo, Style and an incredibly beautiful website,
as also made numerous 3D visualizations.
The main task of the web-site is to encourage the customer to buy.
This means: to interest, delight and provide all the necessary information in the most convenient and beautiful way.
While working on the project, we studied the history and features of the building’s architectural style, learned many interesting facts and details that helped us convey the elegant rigor and elegance of the lines that is inherent in the Art Nouveau style - the Macintosh.
Vertical and elongated simple forms became the basis for the logo and style of the web-site.
We’ve also made animation effects that are well suited to the strict style of the web-site.

The site design is fully responsive, so it looks perfect on both large and smallest screens of mobile devices.
And of course we’ve made the realistic and creative 3D visualizations!

We paid special attention to the interiors of the apartments. As a result, we made four concepts for interiors that perfectly convey the atmosphere and history of the building.
